FORC showcases Farmer, Ocean, and Rancher harvests from across Hawaii Island. Menus of traditional local comfort food dishes and a display of creative skill. Hearty seasonal Dinner dishes like Big Island grass fed beef, whole roasted fish, and Ali’i Mushroom Poke. There are vegetarian, paleo, and gluten free options.
