FORC showcases Farmer, Ocean, and Rancher harvests from across Hawaii Island. Menus of traditional local comfort food dishes and a display of creative skill. Local style Brunch items like the FORC steak sandwich, fresh bacon, pancakes and French toast. Hearty seasonal Dinner dishes like Big Island grass fed beef, whole roasted fish, and Ali’i Mushroom Poke. There are vegetarian, paleo, and gluten free options.
