Getting Festive at FORC

Join us for an exciting end of the year! Brunch service moves to Saturday & Sunday only 9 am-1pm. Dinner is served 4:30-8:30pm. Make a reservation here, by phone or online with Open Table to experience the fresh harvest flavors of the Big Island. Locals love happy hour 3-4:30pm with the bar serving till 9pm first come, first served.

A new year is fast approaching with reservations and festive private dining and special event dates. We are booking holiday parties but with only a few dates remaining contact us for availability.

Hawaii Regional Favorites

FORC showcases Farmer, Ocean, and Rancher harvests from across Hawaii Island. Menus of traditional local comfort food dishes and a display of creative skill. Local style Brunch items like the FORC steak sandwich, fresh bacon, pancakes and French toast. Hearty seasonal Dinner dishes like Big Island grass fed beef, whole roasted fish, and Ali’i Mushroom Poke. There are vegetarian, paleo, and gluten free options too. Indulge more with special menus like Happy Hour, weekend Brunch, and holiday menus. You must adventure through our Sommelier’s wine list or seasonally mixed cocktail libations. Chef Allen Hess’ distinct menus offer a wide variety of culinary experiences from a quick refuel to a lingering meal. 

The indoor and outdoor dining rooms welcome you into a relaxed, neighborhood feel while the bar area of the restaurant has an authentic country style design, a nod to the area’s roots.
